CHALLENGE

A global leader in sustainable construction, Holcim has been expanding globally in mission, influence, and staff population. With ambitious climate goals and a new brand name, Holcim needed to unify their core messaging and visual strategy. Additionally, they needed compelling content that would inspire staff retention and promote their products and services to internal and external audiences.

Process

STRATEGY & APPROACH

We partnered closely with Holcim to develop and create a comprehensive strategy for product marketing for US, Canadian and global teams. content, and internal communications. Working closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams, we delivered videos and photographs highlighting Holcim’s values.

We also traveled across the nation to produce the stories of new plants, excited customers, and dynamic executive leaders to promote Holcim’s products and services.

Results

Our combined efforts contributed to fostering a dynamic internal culture. From documentary profile videos featuring key leadership and staff, to monthly newsletters and video series supporting departments, Holcim continues to experience growing employee engagement. Additionally, our efforts helped propel Holcim’s global brand expansion. By creating an evergreen content library, Holcim has been poised for current and future growth.
